Cancellation Policy
Only written cancellations received by MO Organisation by August 11th, 2008 at the latest will qualify for 100% refund of the hotel deposit and registration fees. After this deadline no refund will be possible. All refunds will be processed after the congress.

PAYMENT
All payments must be made in Euro by credit card or cash (no cheque will be accepted).

COFFEE BREAK & LUNCH BOXES
Coffee will be served in the exhibit hall (1st floor) between the blocks A and B and in the block B.
Lunch boxes will be served:

on Thursday: in the exhibit hall and between blocks A and B
on Friday and Saturday : in the conference rooms
on Sunday : in the exhibit hall and between blocks A and B

You are kindly requested to bring back the boxes in order to be recycled.

FINAL PROGRAMME/ABSTRACT BOOK
The scientific programme is available on this website before the congress.
The final programme and the abstract book will be handed out at the registration desk.

COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION

The exhibition will be open every day from Thursday September 11, to Sunday September 14.
Delegates will have the opportunity to meet representatives on their booth to discuss new developments and receive up-to-date product information.

INVITATION LETTER
An official invitation letter will be sent to delegates who may need it to obtain visa on individual request.
It does not constitute a commitment to provide any financial support for travelling and staying expenses.

INSURANCE
The registration fees do not include insurance.
Participants are advised to travel with valid personal travel insurance.

GROUP REGISTRATION
Special registration procedure applies for group registration.
