 ACCREDITATION The 42nd Annual meeting ESPN is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). The EACCME has granted the congress with the European external CME credits for medical specialists. Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in educational activity. EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association (AMA) as contributing towards Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA). To convert EACCME credits to AMA PRA, please contact AMA. The EACCME has granted 22 European CME credits to the meeting. Instructions The Daily list of Attendance (at the entrance of the Faculté de Médecine) should be signed personally every day. It is important because the daily credits will be summarised at the end. (Only personally signed records can be taken into consideration). Certificate of attendance will be provided at your arrival with your badge. The final accreditation certificate with the participant’s personalised CME credits will be sent after the congress to the given email address. PROGRAMME CHANGES The Organisers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external of unforeseen circumstances. INFORMATION FOR SPEAKER PRESENTATION The slide preview room will be held in block B. Your presentation (Power-Point file) must be exclusively on computing support and you are invited to provide it at least 3 hours before the beginning of the session (if possible the day before). Either on CD-ROM or USB key to facilitate the transfer on the central server of the Congress. Preview with technical support will be available on-site. Please note that it will not be possible to connect your own computer directly in the conference room and the projection of slides or transparent will not be authorized during this congress. We kindly ask the speakers to keep the time limits given. POSTERS Posters will be displayed in block B or under the tent. Please put up your poster between 08.00 am and 10.00 am and remove it after 4.00 am each day. The poster dimensions are 90cm (width) x 120 cm (high).
Posters which do not respect the above mentioned sizes will not fit on the intended boards. Fixing systems such as pins and two-face adhesive tape will be provided on site.
The presenting author must absolutely be registered to the congress.
