ACCOMMODATION :

Hotel reservation is on a "first come first served" basis. Reservation will only be made on receipt of 2 night hotel deposit. Please register online this website.

Upon receipt of the deposit , each participant will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please note that any reservation payment or change of reservation should be sent directly to the Professional Congress
Organiser : M.O. Organisation.
The difference between the deposit and the total cost of your saty at your hotel must be paid directly at the hotel upon departure.
Check-in cannot be guaranteed before 2 pm, check out time is 10 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY OF HOTEL ACCOMODATION :
Cancellation must be done in writing to be considered to : M.O. Organisation
- 100% refund of the hotel deposit (minus administrative fees of 30€) in case of cancellation form received before June 30, 2008
- No refund of the hotel deposit in case of cancellation received after July 1, 2008.
All refunds will be processed after the ESPN Lyon 2008 congress.
